Drax Project
Epic New Zealand band, Drax Project. Playing at Waihi Beach Hotel in December 2023 and again in December 2024. On both occasions, they produced one of my favourite gigs of the year. People love Drax Project for good reason. They are not only brilliants as artists, they are fantastic live and work really, really hard. They sell out shows quickly so should you ever see a gig advertised, and they are somewhere near you, then get a ticket to see them.

The short version, if you’re keen to know a wee bit about the band is that there are four members, Shaan Singh, Sam Thomson, Matt Beachen, and Ben O’Leary, and they are brilliant.
